Progress on the Principio Asphalt Plant

The footers are set and construction continues on a new asphalt plant at our Belvedere facility in North East, MD. Scheduled to come online this fall, this new asphalt business – “Principio Asphalt” – is a joint venture between Wilmington, DE-based Diamond Materials, Baltimore, MD-based P. Flanigan & Sons, Inc., and York Building Products. Follow us as we share continued progress of the build-out throughout the summer!
