CCBC Essex Wellness Center Renovation/Expansion Progress

Interior demolition at CCBC Wellness Center in Essex, MD, is complete and the renovation is well underway, with the new elevator shaft now in place. At the addition, with the structural steel and decking installed, a dramatic new gateway starts to emerge. As a part of CCBC’s sustainability initiative to filter runoff pollutants, chemicals, and other debris, a series of bio retention ponds in the parking lots are nearing completion.
