At a York County History Center press event today, Lewis Contractors President, Tyler Tate, addressed YCHC board members and regional media to discuss the construction process involved in transforming this abandoned coal-fired power plant into a modern, living and breathing museum. “I can tell you confidently that tackling this project really required a great team,” he said, “No single individual could have tackled these challenges; but rather, a collection of very thoughtful, and very proactive, individuals made this happen.”
