York College of Pennsylvania Breaks Ground on Northside Commons, Phase II

Yesterday, Stewart & Tate Construction was proud to join York College of Pennsylvania in celebrating the groundbreaking of the Northside Commons Residence Hall expansion. This new space will soon become a home for students—a place where learning, friendships, and the full college experience will thrive.

We’re excited to partner with Warehaus, JDB Engineering, Inc., and Capital Construction Management LLC on a project that will enhance student life and support the continued growth of the campus for years to come.
