York College Northside Commons Phase 2 Nears Completion

Stewart & Tate Construction is pleased to announce that the York College Northside Commons Phase 2 project is nearly complete. The company successfully passed final inspections and received York College’s Certificate of Occupancy on June 24, 2026—two days ahead of the contracted schedule.

With the building now approved for occupancy, our team is completing final cleaning, working through the remaining punch list items, and beginning to compile project closeout documents. Landscaping is also underway, and furniture installation was completed this month.

We are proud to have been part of this important project for York College and its students. We sincerely appreciate the efforts and collaboration of everyone who helped bring this project to this important milestone, including Capital Construction Management, Warehaus Architects, and JDB Engineering.
