ULI Wavemaker Awards

Lewis Contractors was honored to celebrate the ULI Baltimore 17th Annual Wavemaker Awards on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at the Rye Street Tavern Overlook in Baltimore.

We are especially proud that The Creativity Center, designed by Quinn Evans and built by Lewis Contractors as Construction Manager, has been recognized as a 2025 Wavemaker Award Winner!

Located at 137 Eastern Avenue in Baltimore’s Highlandtown neighborhood, The Creativity Center—developed by the Creative Alliance—serves as a dynamic cultural hub with spaces for visual arts, dance, culinary classes, and community gatherings. Completed in Fall 2022, it stands as a vibrant and contextually sensitive addition to the neighborhood and a lasting platform for creative expression.
