Stewart & Tate Delivers Renovation Project at the Country Club of York

Stewart & Tate Construction is proud to announce the successful completion of a major renovation project at the Country Club of York, delivering a transformative upgrade that enhances functionality, aesthetics, and the overall member experience.

The project included significant updates to the lower-level women’s locker rooms, where new fixtures, finishes, and a reconfigured layout created a more efficient and comfortable space. Additional aesthetic improvements refreshed the ballroom, old lounge, and restrooms, aligning them with the Club’s contemporary design vision.

The centerpiece of the renovation was the replacement of the pool and deck, redesigned to offer a true resort-style experience. The new aquatic complex features four lap lanes, a diving board, slide, beach entry, wading pool, and a modern sail shade system to maximize comfort for members and guests.

Supporting upgrades extended to the pool changing facility, tennis pro shop, snack bar kitchen, and pavilion, all reimagined to deliver improved function and a modern aesthetic.

Completed on an aggressive schedule and under challenging weather conditions, the project was delivered with precision and efficiency. Notably, the Country Club of York renovation project not only exceeded expectations but was also completed under budget—a reflection of careful planning and collaboration.
