Stewart & Tate Completes Renovations at Faulkner Volvo Lancaster

Stewart & Tate Construction is proud to announce the successful completion of a renovation project at Faulkner Volvo in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The upgrades, spanning both the main dealership building and the accessory building, were designed to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

Inside the main building, the service writers area was expanded, the tire tool and storage area was upgraded, and a new break room and meeting space was created. The locker rooms and restrooms underwent full renovations with new partitions, flooring, fixtures, and finishes, while the service bay received electrical updates, relocated tube heaters, and urethane flooring for improved durability.

The accessory building saw significant mechanical system upgrades, including a new rooftop HVAC unit. The vehicle prep area was outfitted with LED lighting, EV charger wiring for four Level 2 units, urethane flooring, and new lifts. Additional improvements included LED lighting in the detail bay and complete restroom rebuilds on the second floor.
