Retirement Announcement: Frank Setlak

Stewart & Tate would like to announce that Frank Setlak (third from left), Executive Vice President of the Stewart & Tate Industrial and Riley Welding & Fabricating Operating Groups, will retire on Friday, May 1, 2026.

Frank has been an outstanding leader whose operational expertise, commitment to excellence, and dedication to his teams have played a key role in the success of both operating groups. His leadership has left a lasting impact on our operations, culture, and people. Throughout his tenure, Frank consistently prioritized safety first, followed by quality and production, setting a strong standard for those around him. We sincerely thank him for his six years of service and leadership.

As he transitions into retirement, Frank plans to continue growing his long-time furniture-building business and remain active in local dog rescue efforts, where he helps rehabilitate and rehome dogs in need. He has also recently taken on a new role as Township Supervisor, continuing his commitment to serving the community.

Frank and his wife, Jennifer, are also looking forward to more time outdoors together—hiking, biking, and enjoying time with their dogs.

We thank Frank for everything he has contributed and wish him all the best in this next chapter!
