Lot 3 of the Capital Valley Business Park is Complete

Stewart Properties is excited to announce the completion of the 64,400-square-foot prefabricated concrete panel warehouse on Lot 3 of the Capital Valley Business Park, located on Kreider Drive in Middletown, PA! Kinsley Construction handled the sitework, while Stewart & Tate oversaw the vertical construction.

The warehouse has been leased to ABC Supply Co., Inc., North America’s largest wholesale distributor of roofing materials and a major supplier of siding, windows, and various exterior and interior building products, tools, and related supplies.
