Heritage Concrete Acquires Delaware Valley Concrete

Heritage Concrete is pleased to announce that, effective November 17, 2025, it will be acquiring the assets of Delaware Valley Concrete (DVC).

With roots dating back to 1934, Heritage Concrete is a family-owned and operated company built on a legacy of exceptional customer service, superior product quality, and strong family-focused core values — the very same values that DVC customers have come to know and trust.

This acquisition represents a natural alignment of two well-respected organizations. DVC will continue to operate with the same management and operations team and will continue doing business under the Delaware Valley Concrete name.
