Faulkner Car Wash Construction Finished in Harrisburg, PA

Stewart & Tate is proud to announce the completion of the Faulkner car wash & detail shop construction project in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The new 5,000-square-foot facility features a fully equipped car wash tunnel, six vehicle detail bays, two restrooms, an electric room, and an elevated equipment loft.

This ground-up commercial project included full site development, from asphalt demolition and grading to utility installation, reclaim tank placement, heated entrance apron, paving, and final signage.

The structure itself is a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB), with foundation and slab work completed prior to erection. Interior construction included specialty finishes, urethane flooring in the detail bays, and full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) integration to support wash operations and climate control.

The car wash tunnel was outfitted with a conveyor system and high-efficiency wash equipment, designed for high-volume vehicle throughput and durability.
