Construction Progress Advances at York College’s Northside Commons Dormitory

The construction site at York College’s Northside Commons is a hive of activity as Stewart & Tate Construction continues to advance the project on schedule.

Recent milestones include the completion of underground plumbing and elevator shaft openings—key steps in preparing the site for vertical construction. Masons are currently laying foundation block at the new stair tower and working steadily toward connecting with the existing building.

As work progresses, the site is rapidly transforming into what will be a modern, welcoming residential space for York College students.
